About Trisha
Hello!! Hope you are having a good day so far. My name is Trisha, and I am a 25 year old second year medical student who wants to help you ace your classes and standardized exams. Some things about me include that I was a National Merit scholar, scored a 35 on my ACT, and got a Medicine, Health, and Society degree from Vanderbilt University in 2021. I have taken the MCAT before medical school and have had my fair share of studying struggles but am here to give all my tips and tricks for your success. - Motivates students who feel learned helplessness and demotivated
- Create a workable schedule for student to practice
- Break down concepts into basics have student explain them back to me before working with student to do practice problems in those concepts to make there is mastery
- I have worked with all age types from children to college students
- If needed I can schedule to meet in person at a library or coffee shop
- Many of my previous students saw a 5-6 point increase in their ACT/ SAT score, especially in the math and writing sections (also saw significant improvement in reading and science)
