About Dallas
I am a self-taught artist who has taken some art classes before and in each course gave private lessons to my peers. I had to teach myself advanced skills because the way most art classes are set up is not the best way to learn how to use your creativity. Not every artist is the same and I have had to learn different ways to teach different folks, and I look forward to helping more people. I am also experienced with teaching people with learning disabilities or other types of needs and am more than happy to alter what I teach if the student has any type of sensory issues. My classroom is a safe place for everyone and I try to make things as inclusive as possible. I have a handful of certifications and have 3 years of teaching experience with other matters as well that require hands-on learning!

I base my teaching on what students really need. Most art classes teach basics time after time but don’t teach how to apply them or when to apply them. I can help beginner, intermediate, or advanced students. I’m so excited to help you develop your talent!
