Math Tutor | Algebra • Geometry • Trigonometry | Years 1–10
Hi, I’m an IT student based in Sydney with a strong academic background in mathematics and a passion for helping students build confidence in their skills. I specialise in algebra, geometry, and trigonometry, and I focus on making maths simple, logical, and even enjoyable.
My Teaching Approach
I believe maths isn’t about memorising formulas—it’s about understanding how and why things work. My lessons are structured to break down complex ideas into clear, manageable steps so students can truly grasp each concept.
I adapt every lesson to the student’s level and learning style, ensuring they stay engaged, supported, and challenged at the right pace.
What You Can Expect
Clear, step-by-step explanations of key concepts
Guided problem-solving to build independent thinking
Targeted practice to improve accuracy and speed
Help with homework, assignments, and exam preparation
A supportive, patient, and motivating learning environment
Lesson Structure
Lessons typically run for 1 to 2 hours, depending on the student’s needs. Each session is structured to include:
Concept explanation
Worked examples
Practice questions
Review and feedback
Qualifications & Strengths
I'm an IT student with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and advanced understanding of algebra, trigonometry, and geometry. I also have the ability to explain complex ideas in a simple and relatable way and I also have experience in helping students understand challenging topics.
Who I Teach
I offer lessons for students from Years 1 to 10 in Sydney, including:
Students needing help with basics and foundational skills
Students aiming to improve school performance
Students preparing for tests and exams
Goal
My goal is not just to help students get better grades, but to help them build confidence, think logically, and feel comfortable with maths.
