Hi! I’m Ushna, a Master’s student in Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Newcastle. I’ve always been curious about how things work, and I love sharing that curiosity with students. I aim to make math, chemistry, and physics approachable and even exciting, showing how they connect to the world around us. I’m patient, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping students grow. I focus on understanding how each person learns best and celebrate when concepts finally click. My goal is to build confidence, spark curiosity, and make learning rewarding — so you feel capable, motivated, and ready to tackle any challenge.

I know how frustrating math and science can feel when things don’t click right away. That’s why I keep my lessons simple, patient, and focused on your pace. I explain concepts step by step, use relatable examples, and encourage questions until everything makes sense. My sessions usually last 60–90 minutes, giving us time to practice and build confidence. As a Master’s student, I enjoy tutoring high school and uni students to help them turn challenges into strengths.
