About Halaina
I have been doing yoga ever since I was 10 years old; I learned from my Indian father. I have experience in participating in tournaments such as judo and BJJ. I also know some basic Kalari Payattu, also taught to me by my father.

Each lesson would be at least 1 hour long; I charge by the hour. I enjoy meditation and keeping my body flexible, which is why I am charging cheap, because it is nice to have company whilst doing exercise. I can teach you everything I know. I have no formal qualifications, just experience. I have also started teaching myself calisthenics.
