About Kent

I derive tremendous pleasure from aiding students in navigating challenging circumstances, particularly when their career is on the line. I've been active in the industry for two decades and am especially passionate about technology, having worked within its confines for over fifteen years. It's that same enthusiasm which motivates me to help those needing it most while propelling technological progress forward with new innovation.

As an experienced technology recruiter for some of the most influential companies, I have developed a comprehensive teaching methodology to equip software developers and engineers with strategies and techniques over 12 years that enable them to enhance their career prospects. My students benefit from my feedback based on this approach.

After gaining this experience, I established my own technology recruiting firm. Moreover, beyond teaching and to give back to the engineering community that has supported me, I created a program designed to help individuals in need. Consequently, what you get is an invaluable opportunity for guidance from them who understand the field best: industry professionals like myself with firsthand knowledge of hiring practices and techniques.

As a result, you will be receiving instruction from an experienced teacher who has worked on various technologies and understands the importance of giving back to their community. I own my own technology recruiting firm and have been working in this industry beyond just teaching; which is why I created this program with the intention of helping out all those engineers who have helped me along my journey.

As a result, I am capable of helping you in any technology and can get the best possible job for your profile. As an experienced person in this field, I have my own recruiting firm that works with engineers to help them grow their career. Therefore, by utilizing this program it allows me to give back to the engineering community which has helped me along my journey.

As a result, you'll have an instructor that has experience and knowledge of various technologies and companies. The lessons are specifically designed to help people who already have their own technology recruiting firm but want to contribute back to the tech community which helped them get where they are today. With my program, I'm here for your success in interviews by identifying what's best for you and positioning you in the most strategic way possible.

By working on each and every technology, I am knowledgeable of the best place to match you with any employer that you may encounter so that your interviews are a success. The courses I provide were built specifically for engineers who have already established themselves in the tech industry. As someone who currently runs my own recruiting firm, it gives me great joy to contribute back to this wonderful community of people whom I've had much help from over the years.

Consequently, you'll receive aid from a teacher that understands and has worked with every technology and company; they are in the ideal position to assist you ace your interviews. Moreover, these lessons have been carefully customized for people who already possess the baseline knowledge of their field. I myself am running my own tech recruiting firm, so beyond teaching this program is also an effort on my part to give back to all those engineers who've supported me along the way.

As a result, you'll receive the expertise of an instructor who has been immersed in every single technology and is well-versed with any company that could potentially appear on your interview. My lessons are tailored for those already at the B1 English proficiency level or higher; from there I can guide you to much greater heights when it comes to communication competency.
