About Brett
I have vast experience in Training & Development within a multi-cultural environment, and most recently completed my Human Resources Management certificate as well as my Associate Professional in Human Resources-International. My international experience has taught me how to build strong relationships in short periods of time, and I have the ability to work independently on tasks but also in a team.

It generally varies between "demonstrator" which would include activities and demonstrations, and "facilitator" which would include self-learning, self-actualization and critical thinking. The reason for what I do is I am passionate about sharing knowledge and building relationships.
