About Zoltan

I am an ex professional ATP and ITF junior world tour player , also played NCAA college tennis in the United States. I am keen to teach players at any level and share the knowledge accumulated over all my years playing

About the lesson

Personalized lessons with aim to make an improvement plan long term and short term immediate effect tweaks.

1. Technical Instruction: focus on teaching proper technique for strokes such as forehand, backhand, volley, and serve. This includes grip, stance, swing path, contact point, and follow-through.
2. Footwork: Footwork is crucial in tennis for positioning, balance, and agility. emphasize correct movement patterns, anticipation, and quick recovery between shots.
3. Tactical Awareness: help players develop strategies and tactics for different situations during a match. This includes shot selection, court positioning, and adapting to opponents’ strengths and weaknesses.
4. Physical Conditioning: Tennis requires a combination of strength, endurance, speed, and flexibility. design training programs to improve players’ overall fitness levels, including cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, and agility drills.
