About Kagiso
My studies in Engineering have taught me the importance of being agile , different people receive information differently and I have made it my job to adapt my teaching style to the needs of the learners. I use constant feedback to change aspects of the lesson when necessary, allowing me to slow down, increase the pace, explain differently or do more examples.

I try for as long as it takes to get the learners to understand the concepts, this means having them explain to me what they have learned at random points during the lesson so there is constant feedback and I get to make corrections as soon as possible.
