About Joshua

Hello! I’m Joshua - a passionate Maths and Physics tutor currently studying Maths at UCD. I achieved 613 points in the Leaving Cert, including H1s in both Maths and Physics, and I love helping students reach their own potential in these subjects. I’ve worked with Junior and Leaving Cert students of all abilities, and I pride myself on creating a friendly, encouraging environment where every question is welcome. In studying for my Leaving Cert last year, I used an array of "scientifically proven" study techniques that allowed me to understand why things work, not just how. As your tutor, I'll teach you how to learn as well as the material to learn in a smooth, easy-to-follow manner.

About the lesson

Experienced Maths and Physics tutor focused on taking a patient, in-depth approach to teaching. My goal is to make Maths and Physics genuinely understandable - not just memorised. Having earned H1s in both Leaving Cert Maths and Physics, I know exactly the do's and don'ts to achieve exam success. In my online grinds, I will use proven, research-backed learning methods to help students study smarter, retain information longer and feel confident heading into exams. My lessons are completely tailored to each student's pace and goals - whether you are looking to build confidence or pushing for top grades. I believe in creating a supportive learning space where students can make real progress and unlock their full potential.
