About Ameyali
I’m Ameyali Espíndola (Mexico City, 1996), a trans artist and workshop facilitator, graduate of Visual Arts at UNAM. My work blends comics, drawing, illustration, and self-publishing, with a focus on self-representation and collaborative processes. Since 2016, I have developed Niño Cucaracha, an art and publishing project combining humor, memory, and dissent. I have taught workshops in museums, fairs, and independent spaces, working with people of all ages to explore drawing and comics as creative and critical tools. Soy Ameyali Espíndola (CDMX, 1996), artista trans y tallerista, egresade de Artes Visuales en la UNAM. Mi trabajo cruza el cómic, el dibujo, la ilustración y la autoedición, con interés en la autorrepresentación y los procesos colaborativos. Desde 2016 desarrollo Niño Cucaracha, un proyecto artístico-editorial que mezcla humor, memoria y disidencia. He impartido talleres en museos, ferias y espacios independientes, trabajando con personas de todas las edades para explorar el dibujo y el cómic como herramientas creativas y críticas.

I offer personalized lessons in drawing, comics, digital illustration, and visual storytelling for any age or skill level. Classes can be traditional, experimental, or focused on your personal project. I adapt to your needs and learning pace. Ofrezco clases personalizadas de dibujo, cómic, ilustración digital y narrativa visual para cualquier edad o nivel. Pueden ser tradicionales, experimentales o de acompañamiento a tu proyecto. Me adapto a tus necesidades y ritmo de aprendizaje. Soy Ameyali Espíndola (CDMX, 1996), artista trans y tallerista, egresade de Artes Visuales en la UNAM.
