Hello! My name is LaraMae, and I am currently a fourth-year Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSEd) student majoring in Social Studies. As a future educator, I have developed a strong foundation in teaching strategies, lesson planning, classroom management, and student-centered learning approaches.

Throughout my academic journey, I have gained experience in facilitating discussions, creating engaging learning activities, and helping learners understand complex concepts in a simple and meaningful way. My specialization in Social Studies has equipped me with knowledge in history, geography, economics, government, and contemporary issues, allowing me to guide students effectively in these subject areas.

I believe that every student has the potential to succeed when given the right support, encouragement, and learning environment. As a tutor, I am patient, approachable, and committed to helping students achieve their academic goals. I take time to understand each learner's strengths and areas for improvement so that lessons can be tailored to their needs.

About the lesson

Hello! I'm Lara Mae, and I believe that learning becomes meaningful when students are actively involved and feel comfortable asking questions. My goal as a tutor is not only to help students understand the lesson but also to build their confidence and develop critical thinking skills.

My teaching approach is student-centered, interactive, and flexible. I explain concepts in simple and easy-to-understand language, using real-life examples and guided discussions to make lessons more engaging. I encourage students to ask questions, participate actively, and learn at their own pace. I also use visual aids, practice activities, and quick assessments to check their understanding and reinforce key concepts.

A typical lesson begins with a short review of previous topics to activate prior knowledge. Next, I introduce the new lesson through clear explanations and practical examples.
