About Nandini
A warm and welcoming hello! I am Nandini, a graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. My academic background helps me understand and adapt to different learning and teaching styles. I know exactly the feeling of frustration when a subject just doesn't "click". That is the reason why I focus on approachable and pressure-free environment. You are always welcome to ask as many questions as you want. Learning is a mutual, give and take process for both the teacher and a student. It should always feel empowering, and not intimidating.
Apart from this I am a trained Indian classical Bharatnatyam dancer. Am also learning to play bamboo flute. :)

I offer tutoring in Mathematics for grade 1 to 8 and Gujarati, Hindi for anyone who is interested and eager to learn a new language. A typical lesson includes reviewing previous concepts, learning new topics with simple examples, and guided practice with independent problem solving with homework. Focus of the class will be more on understanding rather than memorization, although some level of memorization is required for factual concepts. The goal is to make develop a genuine love for learning.
