The goal of a lesson is to help us all (yes - me included) uncover and focus on a meaningful existence. A lesson could start with a paragraph found the week before or a moment that replays over and over in memories.
Anything we are drawn to has more reason for captivating us than we will ever understand. Exploring the initial encounter is how life is honored. From there we will create and develop.

I know I can teach you something. I can help you think through your creative pursuits. I know about many materials and how to Indoor Cycle on a bike. Do you have a bike at home? Do you want to sing with me virtually on a bike? Or at least try - it is basically impossible when you need to breath too. Something happens when you are really into a song - you forget time and space!
