As a former chronic people-pleaser who battled social anxiety, chased external validation, and carried immense stress by prioritizing everyone else, I want to share the hard-earned lessons that helped me find peace while being myself.While society pushes a false standard of perfection, I believe true growth comes from accepting every part of life's journey both highs and lows as everything is meant to help us become our best versions.
