About Oumnia
I am deeply passionate about teaching, and my commitment to ensure a good understanding of the material goes far beyond just achieving good grades. For me, it's about cultivating a genuine comprehension of the subject matter, particularly in Physics and Science subjects in general. It's remarkable how the mysteries of science are witnessed around us and, when understood, the connection between those concepts and reality becomes very satisfying.
My journey into teaching started 8 years ago. My profond fascination with science pushed me to share it wonders with others. as a tutor, my goal is not only to impart knowledge but also to ignite the curiosity of students and cultivate their critical thinking skills.
My favorite part of teaching is when explaining a subject and at some point, you see the light in the student's eyes followed with an 'aha!' moment. That moment is the fulfillment of my day.

With a commitment to fostering understanding and critical thinking, I empower students to excel in their academic endeavours. My way of doing it can differ from one student to another, however the baseline is very important:
1- It's crucial to tailor the individual need and learning styles of the student.
2- Encourage participation through hands-on exercices.
3- Ask questions to stimulate critical thinking and problem solving skills.
4- Provide constructive feedback to foster improvement and confidence
5- Set clear goals for next session
The lessons are for students from middle school to high school and CEGEP students (which is specific in Quebec)
