About Dianne
As your Mathematics tutor, I am committed to providing a professional, supportive, and effective learning experience. As a Mathematics ethusiast, I aim to make learning mathematics understandable, engaging, and applicable to everyday life. I believe that students learn best when concepts are explained clearly and patiently, rather than simply being given formulas to memorize. My approach begins with identifying what students already know, determining which areas they find difficult, and then presenting lessons step-by-step using simple explanations, examples, and guided practice.
I can teach Mathematics by breaking complex problems into smaller and more manageable parts. I would demonstrate the correct process first, explain the reasoning behind each step, and then allow students to solve similar problems independently. I would also encourage students to ask questions and learn from their mistakes, creating an environment where they can build both their mathematical skills and confidence.
My credentials and experiences as a student, along with my academic background and experience in completing mathematical and academic tasks, have helped me develop problem-solving, analytical, communication, and organizational skills. These abilities allow me to explain mathematical concepts systematically and adjust my teaching style according to the needs and learning pace of my students.
Ultimately, my goal as a Mathematics teacher is not only to help students arrive at the correct answer but also to help them understand why the answer is correct.
