Been doing yoga for the past 2.5-3 years. Currently working at a yoga studio, and also part time yoga teacher outside the studio. Recently relocated back to Australia from Hong Kong, also where I acquired the Teacher Training Certificate. Hoping to connect to the yoga community in Sydney!

Vinyasa/ Flow-Based classes! My teachings focus a lot around pranayama, being able to gain control of our breath and connect every part of our body and sync into the flow. Believe Core is very important part of our practice, which is often incorporated into the class. Particular interest in back-bending as well!
