About Grant
I’m a current sophomore in college and am an active member in my fraternity, the musical ensembles I’m in, and also do some research with one of Bradley’s Mechanical Engineering faculty. I’m always willing to flex to your schedule and can accommodate most times of the day (those that don’t conflict with my classes). I’m understanding of your learning circumstances and I can promise that our time together would be tailored to your learning style, making it as effective for you as can be.

I’ve worked with people of all ages in tutoring, whether it’s in the sciences, music, or college admissions preparation. I’ve always received praise for my teaching abilities and am especially recognized for my logical and thorough approach to solving problems.
In lessons, I’m willing to teach the person in whatever way works best for them, but I especially love using large whiteboards and a handful of colors to illustrate my ideas since all parties involved typically have an easier time interpreting the work. In order for this strategy to be the most effective, I have a great camera, microphone, and lighting setup so we can communicate with each other clearly.
I try to be more easy going when we work through problems and I always focus on making tutoring sessions stress-free and relaxing. Overall, I believe the emotional environment is very important in learning. Furthermore, I’m always happy to discuss each lesson’s accomplishments and plans with parents or guardians if desired.
