About Jack
I am a former artist of The Australian Ballet. This meant I began my Pilates journey at age 12 - over 20 years ago now!
Due to my professional full-time ballet training from 12-19 and then my 5-year career with The Australian Ballet, you really are at the fitness level of an athlete. What goes with this kind of strain and high physical demand is a physical propensity for injury.
It was very clear once I decided to resign from The Australian Ballet as a dancer, that I wasn’t ready to leave the dance world behind. I immediately entered the studio, this time as a teacher and very shortly after started my first Pilates Teacher Training.
I have trained in power Pilates, barre, remedial and classical Pilates as well as functional movement.

Every lesson begins with me asking you “how’s your body today?” The answer to this question changes month to month, week to week, day to day and the answer you give me allows me prescribe movement to leave you feeling better rather than drained.

Details
Usually $70 per 45 minute session (inclusive of GST), BUT all new clients can take advantage of my Intro Offer of $49 per 45 minute private session, with your initial consultation and workout being free of charge!
Sessions come in packs of 5, however, to allow you to meet me and decide if I am the right fit for you, special Intro Offer will be 3 sessions for $147, giving you 3 one on one sessions with me after your first consult and workout.
Thereafter, if you decide to stay on as a regular client, prices will return to $350 per 5 pack.
