Find Irish grinds near me in Killarney

Gaeilge rests on three pillars: verb-first syntax, lenition and eclipsis mutations, and gendered nouns.

• Verb-Subject-Object order is the backbone of every Irish sentence.
• Séimhiú (lenition) softens consonants by adding a h, like "cat" becoming "chat."
• Urú (eclipsis) places a new consonant before another, such as "bean" becoming "mbean."
• Gender matters because "an fear mór" (the big man) differs from "an bhean mhór" (the big woman).

Grinds focus on drilling these foundations until they feel natural.
