About Vinayak
I am an aspiring medical student and a high-achieving Sixth Former who recently completed my GCSEs. I earned a Grade 9 in Mathematics and Physics, along with Grade 8s in Biology, Chemistry, English Language, and RE.
Beyond my academic results, I have spent two years as a young volunteer coach, this role allowed me to develop the patience and communication skills necessary to work with children of all abilities, including those with disabilities.
I want to teach because I am passionate about helping students navigate the same challenges I recently overcame. I aim to share the "strong maths" and critical thinking skills that helped me succeed, providing a relatable and supportive environment for Year 10 and 11 students to reach their full potential. I am a reliable and friendly individual dedicated to making complex subjects clear and manageable for my students.

I provide structured, exam-focused lessons tailored specifically for Year 10 and 11 students. Having recently achieved Grade 9s in Maths and Physics, I have a deep understanding of the current GCSE curriculum and the specific mark schemes for AQA, Edexcel, and OCR. My approach focuses on three key areas: mastering difficult concepts like trigonometry or electromagnetism through simple steps, perfecting exam technique using real past papers, and building the confidence needed to excel in a high-pressure environment. As a current Sixth Form student, I am approachable, highly relatable, and dedicated to helping my students bridge the gap between "passing" and achieving top-tier grades.
