Laszlo was a senior student in my research group during my graduate studies. He has a great understanding of physics, and is good at breaking down complex topics into smaller, more easily understandable concepts.

I've known Laszlo since we were children. He has been interested in physics and all things science since his childhood. He gathered a lot of experience as a teacher during his university years. Besides that, this past year he has also earned his doctoral degree from McMaster University. I think his passion for physics and teaching is unstoppable. As a Ph.D. candidate, Laszlo immersed himself in the graduate student community, advocating for improved accessibility for students. Laszlo and I were graduate students together at McMaster University and Perimeter Institute for four years. I got to know Laszlo very well, and had the pleasure to observe his progress as a researcher (by travelling to Summer Schools together as well as discussing and debating physics research topics) and as a teacher (through all the courses we were Teaching Assistants in together). As a teacher, Laszlo has a way of simplifying very complicated topics into understandable pieces, while still keeping the big picture of the topic in mind - this was something his students (and myself!) made use of in Laszlo time and time again. Laszlo is an engaging, thought-provoking educator and a pleasure to learn from. I highly recommend him as a Superprof member.
