Hello! I am a dedicated 11th-grader with straight A’s in my O-Levels. My recent academic success gives me a crystal-clear understanding of core math concepts, and I want to help younger students achieve the same!Teaching is a passion of mine because I enjoy turning math into an exciting, stress-free subject. As a high-achieving 11th-grade student who earned straight A’s in my O-Levels, I understand exactly what it takes to master Mathematics. My lessons are specifically designed for US students from Grade 1 to Grade 8.
My core teaching strategy is to make Math a fun, highly interactive, and interesting subject. Because of our close age gap, I can easily connect with younger students without the pressure of an overly formal classroom. This relatable approach allows students to feel comfortable, enjoy the learning process, and understand concepts much better.
Each standard 50 to 60-minute online lesson is divided into four structured phases to keep students focused:
The Warm-Up (5-10 mins): A fun, low-pressure math puzzle or a quick review of the previous lesson to get the student's brain ready.
The Core Lesson (20 mins): I introduce the new mathematical concept using highly visual explanations, digital whiteboards, and interactive examples tailored to their school curriculum.
Active Practice (20 mins): We solve problems together. I gently guide them through interactive exercises until they can confidently tackle the math on their own.
The Wrap-Up (5 mins): A quick summary of what they learned today and a celebratory high-five to end the session on a positive note.
