I love teaching math and physics and making concepts easier for students using examples, analogies and constantly asking if they are facing any doubts. I try to make students feel comfortable so that they can interact without any hesitation. I usually keep the bar of expectations from students very low so that they don't get overburdened. If the student is studying in class 12 but has some doubt from previous classes then I entertain those queries as well. This is what makes me a great teacher. A great teacher is always found outside the classroom who genuinely cares for the students. As Gandhi said "Be a student of students", I have a teaching experience of more than a decade but I still learn from my students as every student is different and so is their learning curve. As a teacher my job is to arouse genuine interest in the subject, connect with the students and understand where they are falling short. I take continuous assessments, assignments and doubt discussion sessions to engrain the concepts in the student's mind.
