Healing ourselves and the earth through conscious behavior….. I am a Devout yogi within the Himalayan Yoga Bharati Lineage. I am an artist of life and movement. I love to feel the connection to the conscious space around my power, while leading others to feel their own consciousness and power. We move as one toward right actions and teach the same.

About the lesson

Yoga Asana as it is taught in the ancient tradition is based on stability first, then the unifying aspects of breath and nervous system control, and then liberated being or Samadhi.
