About Anubhav
Namaste,
I am Anubhav, been a practitioner of yoga for 7 years and teaching the subject as therapy for 5 years
I'm also a student of Indian Classical music (flute) learning at the Gandharva Mahavidyalaya, New Delhi.
Started the practice of Hatha yoga, practicing Ashtanga Mysore style under the guidance of my Guruji.
Learnings from teachers, books, and self-practice molds me as who I am, teaching the subject as a therapy to empower individuals to manage health conditions and improve overall well-being.
I've completed MA in Yoga,
200 hours TTC,
Certified from Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga.

Nothing fancy,
Just traditional yogic practices that would help you find balance on and off the mat by working on your body, breath and mind.
I teach Hatha, Ashtanga (Mysore style), the classes would be a combination of Asanas, Pranayam, Shatkarmas and more.
Applied knowledge learnt by the grace of gurus, books and self practice and also certifications, delivering the beautiful practice to help people heal.
