About Varsha

I'm a naturopathy and yoga doctor (BNYS), treating patients with obesity, diabetes, hypertension, PCOS, hypothyroidism, sinusitis, arthritis and much more with yoga, diet, acupuncture and lifestyle modifications, practicing yoga for 13 years and teaching yoga for the past 7 years for students of all age groups of people in India and 7 other foreign countries. Looking forward to cure the illnesses of people without pills

About the lesson

All my students receive individual attention, the techniques will be customized according to their health status, age with special emphasis on improving flexibility of body and mind, different breath holding technique, kriyas, meditation. Practical knowledge on yoga will be imparted to all with reference to classical texts and modern research evidences

Deadly! Varsha is an amazing yoga instractor! Me and my sister love our lessons with her! She spent time and dedicated on us and all our health problems ,and she has already helped us improved our lives OVERALL!! She focuses on our needs and adjusts the lessons to our needs and goals . She is not only a yoga instractor but a also a naturopathic doctor , very knowledgeable so that is more than an incredible combination ! We can't thank her enough!!Totally recomended!
