About Alvaro

It uses physical postures, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques and meditation. Classes vary from 50 to 90 minutes according to the students' availability and need. About the lesson

Yoga teacher, trained in Hatha Yoga and Yogatherapy. Today he lives in Morro da Baleia in Alto Paraíso de Goiás, in the Chapada dos Veadeiros. He studied parapsychology, hypnosis and neurolinguistic programming. It uses all his knowledge directed to the practice of Yoga, for a better personal development and self-knowledge of its students.
