About Betania

I have 6 years living yoga and doing my lifestyle, practicing it in each country I visit, learning different techniques. I recently trained as an integral yoga instructor, I am giving practical classes to serve the community in parks or work environments, to help reduce stress and work wear.

About the lesson

I like to vary the style of the classes: dynamic, static, flow. I design the classes according to the practitioners and and what they need to develop. I try to ensure that the classes meet several levels so that everyone can have an experience appropriate to their abilities. My goal in each class is to be able to teach them more than just to move the body, to be aware of ourselves and how yoga is intertwined in our daily life.
