With more than 8 years of experience in Yoga practice. She has received direct teaching from Dharma Mittra in NY and is certified in The Science of Yoga by Andrei Ram and Restorative Yoga by Earl Beadle. He is also a mantra singer and ontological coach specialized in working anxiety and panic.
