About Isabella
I am 22 years old, I am from Argentina and I discovered yoga 5 years ago. I started practicing in a studio and then at home. I really liked it but I had a hard time staying consistent because I got bored with all the classes being the same, until I discovered holistic yoga, where each class is designed differently and I decided to start a teacher training in that style. Nowadays I practice yoga every day, adapting my practice to how I feel that day, and I also teach it with this philosophy.

Holistic yoga is a set of yoga styles such as hatha and kundalini and the classes (no two are the same) combine practices such as traditional asanas (postures), pranayama (conscious breathing), and meditation.
