Overall of 16+ experience in teaching yoga, worked for higfit yoga and a certified yoga trainer 200 hrs from a1000 yoga centre, Bangalore, India. Now being a freelance and teaching yoga for many clients in Bangalore. Have done yoga classes for adults and children.

About the lesson
