About Domenica

I am a dance mediator, choreographer and yoga teacher currently practicing in London (UK) and Munich (DE).

Within recent years, I have been working in and with different schools, refugee centres, theatres and museum; realizing choreographic projects for different audiences.

In addition, I have been working as a production manager and PR agent for various organisations and artists in the dance and theatre scene – among others the Pina Bausch Foundation and the Bavarian State Ballet.

I have a BA in Theatre Studies, with a focus on Dance, and North American studies (LMU Munich) and am currently completing an MA in Arts and Learning at Goldsmiths, University of London.

In all of my different roles, my focus lies on an interdisciplinary, intercultural approach to art, through which I aim to not only express something through art, but to move and connect people on different levels.

About the lesson

In my dance and yoga classes, the most important thing is always to first listen to my students and then co-create the lessons with them. My aim is to bring you back to yourself and let you express and move freely and in an unbiased way.

I believe that many of us take care of everything but ourselves in our daily lives, which is why I want to empower you to find your true way of expressing yourself and developing a practice that is sustainable and which feels good for you.

My yoga classes are inspired by my dance background and mainly include elements of Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin Yoga. My dance classes are built on the techniques of contemporary and creative dance. However, I also teach Ballet, Modern and Jazz Dance.

You do not need any prior experience or knowledge; we can always focus on your personal wishes and needs.
