About Payal

With over 10 years of experience, I provide 1:1 mentorship for teachers and practitioners. My sessions facilitate the unlearning and relearning of yoga through its authentic, traditional methodology. We will explore roots, Sanskrit, and philosophy to align your practice with integrity.

About the lesson

Whether you are a teacher looking to refine your craft or a dedicated student seeking more grounding, I provide 1:1 online mentorship designed to transform your journey.

In our sessions, we will:

- Reconnect with the Roots: Move beyond the surface and explore the cultural and historical context of yoga.

- Master the Essentials: Gain a deeper understanding of Sanskrit concepts and philosophy to bring authenticity to your teaching or personal practice.

- Find Alignment: Learn to 'decolonise' your approach, creating a more inclusive, grounded, and sustainable practice that truly aligns with your values.

- Deepen Your Knowledge: Learn the Sanskrit alphabet and gain an introduction to Vedic Chanting.
