About Carly
I hold the highest designation with Yoga Alliance as an experienced and trained teacher E-500RYT, I have also completed 1000 hrs with IAYT and work as a yoga therapist—addressing therapeutic needs. If you are recovering from an injury, have chronic pain, or experience any number of conditions from IBS, to Parkinson's, to high blood pressure or anything else, I am trained to work with you as an IAYT yoga therapist.

I have two general approaches you can choose from.We can work together to create a program which you can learn and do on your own for therapeutic benefits, or if you plan to practice with me ongoing weekly we can vary the practice from week to week well still tailoring it uniquely to you!
