About Sagar

I am the Founder of India Yoga Ashram, born and raised in Rishikesh, the birthplace of Yoga. With over 8 years of experience in Yoga Teacher Training and 5 years of online teaching, I lead 3,5,7 and 10 days Yoga Retreats and professional training programs in Rishikesh, offering authentic, structured guidance for deep physical, mental, and spiritual transformation.

About the lesson

I teach multi-style Yoga - Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin and Pranayama- using a mindful, structured approach. Each class includes warm-up, Asana practice, breathwork, and relaxation. I emphasize alignment, safety, and breath awareness. classes are personalized and suitable for everyone (no age limits), both online and offline
