About Sara

I am a recent graduate yoga teacher, whose objective is to offer yoga classes for every need. I believe in the holistic healing effects of yoga and I want to help people find yoga as part of their daily lives to improve their physical and mental health.

About the lesson

My teaching style must adapt to each individual’s own needs. On behalf of my yoga school, I have a strong belief in the healing power of yoga. Therefore, my own strengths are yoga Nidra, meditation, pranayama, and different asanas combined with different themes.
