Hi, I'm Sushma! With over 10 years of personal practice and 8 years of teaching experience, I'm a certified Ashtanga yoga instructor from Mysore, the heart of Ashtanga yoga tradition. My classes focus on building strength, flexibility, and mental clarity through the powerful techniques of traditional Ashtanga. I aim to create a welcoming space for students of all ages and skill levels, guiding them to discover their potential and cultivate balance in both body and mind.
