Yoga, healing, inner wellness, improving quality of your living, everyday little work makes a lot of difference after a year

I started practicing yoga with Swapna garu nearly a year ago, and only I truly know how transformative this journey has been for my physical health and mental well-being. To be honest, the most significant impact has been on how I react to situations and manage overthinking. I've recently realized just how much I've changed in these areas compared to how I used to be. These are just the major highlights, but there are countless other benefits I've experienced. Listing them all would make this review far too long!

It’s been 3 years I’m practising yoga with Swapna garu I really like her big heart, her love and dedication to teach us yoga and to open our heart to spirit. It's been a year I have joined in the yoga class under swapna.Swapna is an amazing mentor who guided me a lot. I haven't been that spiritual and conscious about health before joining this class. I have seen a lot of difference in my thought process by doing yoga. I really be so grateful to swapna.
