About Darshi

I started doing Yoga at a tender age of 6 years and have been practising myself since 17 years and have been taking sessions since 7 years. I have participated in national level Yogasana championships and thus can be your mentor in this for a long haul. I can teach basic, intermediate as well as advanced level of Yogasana. I'm easily able to connect with any age group. And also I try to keep the sessions as engaging as possible.

About the lesson

I adapt to your requirements easily. I often employ the use of resistance bands, blocks, bending wheel but can train without the mentioned items also. I use a proper method including warmup and cooldown at the end of the sesssion. I am also well versed with Pranayama and other stress relieving excercises. I can also help you to get into a routine that will help you improve your physical abilities and overall fitness. I can train people irrespective of their age.
