About BHAJANJEET

I am an instructor of Kundalini Yoga, Master Reiki and Master Therapist of Massage. I have served the community by sharing outdoor classes on the Via Recreactiva and currently running a holistic center in Guadalajara called Canto Yoga & Spa. I was a member of the board of directors of Kundalini Yoga Mexico. I have given lectures and master classes in Hotels inside and outside the city. My specialties are in Yoga for adults and Prenatal Yoga. I have been invited to Radio and Television programs on Gdl. About the lesson

I like to share Yoga in a simple way, and applied to the context not of India, but of Mexico. classes of 1.30 hrs where you explore your interior based on breathing, movement and contemplation noticing immediate changes. You can learn from Kundalini Yoga from a simple approach, MANTRAS, BHANDAS, MUDRAS, DRISHTIS, ETC.
