I am a professional yoga trainer and also a national player. Yoga is something which makes me believe in myself, made me stronger. Since 20 years now I have been practicing yoga and now I want to impart my experience and knowledge to all the people out there, reach out to them help them to lead a best and healthy life.

I will not say join yoga class to get slimmer or to look perfect. Join me to lead a sound and healthy life. Yoga is not about the outward perfection but it will make you perfect from the inside whether it is mentally or say about your internal organs. Come and take an initiative by learning yoga for yourself. Think about yourself. Put yourself first.
