About Sophie

My classes are dynamic and physical, they last 1:15 minutes. They are designed for beginners and intermediate levels. I teach mainly ashtanga yoga by Sri Patthabi Jois. This method of dynamic synchronization Yoga included respiration with a progressive series of positions and adapted. Sometimes I also make general breathing exercises called "pranayama," and meditation "dhyana". Depending on your desires, my yoga class can also occur

My way of teaching is eclectic, without excluding non traditional methods and demanding, but by focusing on personal development techniques.
