About Alice

HATA YOGA graduate teacher (RYT 200, RYT 500, RYS 200, RYS 500, E-RYT 500 yoga ALLIANCE certifications) with five-year experience in both group and individual yoga classes.
The path as a yoga teacher arises from the practice of other disciplines such as aerial and pole dance. The passion for Yoga was born quickly and, after obtaining the patents, I started teaching both for usual classes (individuals/gyms) and as a trainer for new teachers.

About the lesson

I aim to understand the needs of my client based on his initial preparation and any health problems with the aim of developing a personalized path to achieve psychophysical wellbeing.
In general, during the lessons, accordingly to the pupils' needs, we will work to improve :
- Muscle strength
- Flexibility
- Posture
- Equilibrium
- Mental/physical relaxation
