About Hannah

I did my training at Dharamshala in the Himalayas in northern India. It's the 200 hours teacher training certified by the Yoga Alliance, and given by Siddhi Yoga (if you wish to check it, their site is: (concealed information)

As a yoga teacher, I have to be honest: for now, I only gave classes to my training partners, my friends and my family. As part of the training, I gave class to 22 people, and guided their meditation. I've only had very positive feedback, from tears of joy and gratitude to the "you're a great teacher" from my mom. You make what you want from this, but I think it's very objective.

About the lesson

I just got my yoga teacher certificate in India, and, as a beginner (but passionate), I teach at lower prices, to share my love of yoga and learn by teaching.

My training also included a meditation component, so I propose to introduce my students to meditation, in an affordable and joyful way.

I practice ACCESSIBLE yoga: I believe that everyone can benefit from yoga, and I can adapt my courses to any profile. The goal is happiness, relaxation, and well-being of body and mind.

My certificate allows me to teach beginners, but if you are intermediate or advanced and you need someone to motivate you to get the mat out and guide you through your practice, I'm here.

To go with the relaxation and meditation, I also practice massage and mantra chanting. We can go as far or not as you want into spirituality (if Om Shantis are not your thing, do not worry, I can refrain myself. But if you're interested, we can try to touch a little bit to the cosmic)
