Have you scheduled a lesson or pack on the platform? Here are the deadlines:
Payment deadlines for your courses
- 24 hours after the lesson date: you will receive the amount in your balance
- 3 working days after the lesson date: you will receive the amount on your balance
Payment deadlines for your packs
As soon as the pack is validated, your student is debited the full payment.
The first part of the payment (50%) is visible in your balance and transferred to your Paypal account within 3 working days.
To receive the second part, schedule all the hours of the pack via the platform.
If you are an Ambassador, the payment is visible on your balance as soon as the pack is validated and then within 3 working days in your Paypal account.
